For independent, family-owned, high-ticket practices only

A guaranteed dollar figure of scheduled production in 60 days, from patients you already own. Miss it and you get the entire $5,997 back.

No advertising. Not a dollar of it. I work the list you already paid for — the dormant patients and the treatment plans you diagnosed and presented that never got scheduled. $5,997 for 60 days.

The guaranteed figure is set from your own data at the audit and written into the agreement as a specific dollar number before you pay anything.

    • $5,997, fixed
    • 60 days
    • No ad spend
    • Full refund if the number is missed

    The problem

The money is already inside your practice.

This is not about a competitor down the street. It is about a list nobody has time to work.
    • The treatment plan nobody scheduled

You diagnosed it. You presented it. The patient said they needed to think about it, walked out, and no one called them back. That case is still sitting in your software with a dollar value attached to it.

    • The patients who quietly stopped coming

People move, get busy, lose a job, change insurance. Almost none of them decided to leave you. They just stopped showing up, and nobody had time to find out why.

    • The recall list nobody works

Your front desk is answering the phone, checking people in, and chasing insurance. Working a list of two thousand names is a full-time job you never hired for. So the list sits there.

    • A dormant chair costs the same as a busy one

Rent, payroll, and equipment do not care whether the chair is full. An empty hour is the most expensive hour in the practice, and it is the one nobody puts a number on.

    How it works

Sixty days. Every phase has a date.

Nothing is sent until the tracking can prove where a booking came from.
    • 01

      Audit

I get read access to your practice management software and pull the real list — dormant patients, lapsed recall, and every treatment plan that was presented and never scheduled.

      Days 1–7

    • 02

      The number

From your own data I set the guaranteed scheduled-production figure and write it into the agreement as a specific dollar amount. You see that number before you pay me anything.

      Day 7

      Build

Segmentation, message sequences, Speed to Lead, and tracking get built in GoHighLevel. Nothing goes out until the tracking can prove where a booking came from.

      Days 7–14

      Reactivation

Email, SMS, and voice go out in waves to the segments most likely to schedule. Responses are answered in seconds, not at the end of the day.

      Scorecard

Scheduled production is reconciled every week against the written number, so nobody is arguing about the count later.

      Measured

    What you get

Everything below is built, run, and maintained by me.

    • Patient list extraction and segmentation
    • Unscheduled treatment plan recovery — the cases already diagnosed and presented that never got scheduled
    • Reactivation across email, SMS and voice, built in GoHighLevel
    • Speed to Lead, so the responses that come back do not die in a voicemail box
    • Tracking, so every booking is provable inside your own software

    You also keep

    • The reactivation machine stays with you and reruns quarterly for twelve months at no additional fee
    • A front desk script for handling the returning patient
    • Full audit findings, yours to keep whether or not you continue

There is no ad budget on top of the $5,997, because this program runs no ads.

    The guarantee

A dollar number, written down before you pay me.

At the audit I pull your dormant list and your unscheduled treatment plans. From that data I set a guaranteed scheduled-production figure — typically several times the fee — and write it into the agreement as a specific dollar amount. You see the number before you pay anything. If it is missed at day 60, you get the entire $5,997 back.

I will not put a figure on this page and pretend it applies to every practice. I do not know how many dormant patients you have until I look. Promising a number before seeing the list is how you end up writing a refund check.

Why the promise is in dollars, not leads

Scheduled production. Treatment that a patient from your existing list has accepted and had put on your schedule, with a dollar value attached to it in your own practice management software. Not a lead. Not a phone call. Not an estimate I email you. The number comes out of the same system you run your payroll against, which means you can audit the result yourself without taking my word for anything.

    What has to be true

    • You answer contacts generated during business hours within one business day
    • You keep an agreed number of schedule slots open each week for returning patients
    • I get read access to your practice management system for the term

If any of these slips, I tell you in writing and you have ten business days to fix it before the guarantee is affected. Scheduled production is reconciled every week on the scorecard, so nobody is arguing about the count at day 60.

Refunds are capped at the fee you paid me. The guarantee is void if the practice is sold, acquired, or joins a group during the term.

    This is for you if:

    • You're independent, private, or family-owned — you own the decision
    • One case or patient episode is worth thousands, not hundreds
    • Your work is elective or semi-elective — patients choose you
    • You have a real patient list, built over years, with dormant names on it
    • You have unscheduled treatment plans sitting in your software
    • No ad spend required. This program uses no advertising at all
    • You want a dollar figure in a contract, not a monthly report

This is not for you if:

    • You're DSO-owned, PE-backed, corporate, or hospital-owned
    • You're a chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care, or general family practice
    • Your average case is worth less than $5,000
    • Your patient list is small or new — if there is nothing to mine, this program has nothing to work with, and I will tell you that at the audit
    • You are not prepared to answer the phone when returning patients call back
    • You need to run every decision past a committee

I turn away more practices than I take. That's what makes the guarantee possible.

    Read this before you buy

This fixes your quarter. It does not change your position.

I sell this as the front door on purpose. It is the fastest thing I do and the least work for your team, and it has the smallest ceiling of anything on my list. Every patient it books is one you already own.

A patient list can only be mined once. When the dormant names have been called and the unscheduled treatment plans have been recovered, that money is on your schedule and it is not there to recover again. Ninety days later you are back where you started unless something upstream changed.

That is the honest reason this upgrades at day 60. The Empty Chair Offer — the New-Patient Engine — brings you patients who have never heard of you, and it is what actually changes your position. This buys you the cash and the proof to fund it.

    Who you'll actually work with

    One founder. Every account.

Dustin Hobbs founded Louisville Web Lab in 2023 in Louisville, Kentucky. He runs every recovery personally — the audit, the segmentation, the sequences, the scorecard review. There is no account manager, no junior team, and no handoff after you sign. When something needs fixing, you text the person who built it.

LAB stands for Lindsay, Alayna, and Bentley — his wife, daughter, and son. The company carries their names on purpose, which is most of why the guarantee reads the way it does.

    Questions

    Straight answers

Scheduled production. Treatment that a patient from your existing list has accepted and had put on your schedule, with a dollar value attached to it in your own practice management software. Not a lead. Not a phone call. Not an estimate I email you. The number comes out of the same system you run your payroll against, which means you can audit the result yourself without taking my word for anything.

At the audit, from your own data. I pull the dormant list and the unscheduled treatment plans first, then set the guaranteed scheduled-production figure — typically several times the fee — and write it into the agreement as a specific dollar amount. You see that number before you pay anything. I will not promise a figure before I have seen the list, because promising a number blind is how you end up writing a refund check.

No. This program uses no advertising at all. Every patient it books is one you already own. That is the entire point of it.

Then say so on the call, and I will look before either of us commits. If there are not enough dormant patients and unscheduled treatment plans to justify the fee, I tell you and we stop. A small list is the one condition this program cannot work around.

Three things. Answer contacts generated during business hours within one business day, or let the automation answer them for you. Keep an agreed number of schedule slots open each week for returning patients. Give me read access to your practice management system so the tracking is honest.

$5,997 for the 60 days. There is no ad budget on top, because there are no ads. If the guaranteed scheduled-production figure in your agreement is missed, you get the full $5,997 back.

The Engine brings you patients who have never heard of you, and it requires $300 a day in ad spend. This works only from the patients you already have, and requires no ad spend. It is faster and easier, and the ceiling is lower — a patient list can only be mined once. Most practices start here and move to the Engine at day 60.

This program is only for independent, private, and family-owned practices. If you are DSO-owned, private-equity backed, or hospital-owned, we are not the right fit. I also do not work with chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care, or general family practices.

The first wave goes out around day 14, and bookings usually land inside that first week of sending. Anyone telling you a list responds on day two is guessing.
