Founding offer closes October 31, 2026three seats leftSee the offer

For independent, family-owned, high-ticket practices only

Fifteen paying patients in 90 days. Miss it and you get the entire fee back, and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen.

Not leads. Not booked consultations. Fifteen people who started treatment on your highest-value service line and paid for it. You fund the advertising spend directly to the platforms, and it is never marked up. I do everything else.

    Kentucky and southern Indiana.

    • 15 paying patients in 90 days
    • Fixed fee and fixed term
    • Refund + free work if missed
    • Founder on every account

    One chair. One number.

One founder runs every account — no junior handoffs

    From the founder

Why I put my family's name on a guarantee.

Most marketing agencies sell you effort. Reports, impressions, "brand awareness" — things that feel like progress and never fill an empty chair. You pay every month whether or not a single high-value patient walks in.

I built the New-Patient Engine the other way around. The number is fifteen paying patients in 90 days, and it goes in the agreement. My fee is fixed. If I don't deliver fifteen, you get the full fee back and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen.

I can offer that because I run every account myself. There is no junior team, no pod, no handoff. The LAB in our name is my wife Lindsay, my daughter Alayna, and my son Bentley. That is who is behind the guarantee.

    — Dustin Hobbs, Founder, Louisville Web Lab

    The real problem

Your best cases are going to the group down the road.

Not because they're better clinicians. Because they built an acquisition system and you didn't.
    • 01

      They outspend you on purpose

Corporate groups and PE-backed rollups run marketing at a loss in your zip code to buy market share. They can absorb a year of red ink. You can't, and you shouldn't have to fight that fight on their terms.

    • 02

Your referrals are a ceiling, not an engine

Word of mouth built your practice. It also caps it. Referrals arrive when they arrive, they skew toward your lower-value services, and you cannot turn them up in a slow quarter.

    • 03

The leads you do get die in the follow-up gap

A high-ticket patient who fills out your form at 8pm and hears nothing until Tuesday has already booked with someone else. Speed to lead is the whole game and almost nobody plays it.

    • 04

You're paying for activity, not outcomes

Ask your current agency how many cases started last month. If the answer is a traffic chart, you already know what you’re paying for.

    The agreement

The number is still fifteen paying patients.

Your written agreement states the fixed fee and any media budget. Media is paid directly to the platforms, never through me, and is never marked up.

    The mechanism

One engine. Five parts. Built in fourteen days.

Every part exists to move one number: started cases on your highest-value service line. Nothing else gets built.
    • 01

      The Offer

We find the one service line where a single case is worth thousands, and we build the campaign around that patient only. Not general dentistry. Not "new patients." The full-arch case, the refractive procedure, the surgical consult.

    • 02

      The Funnel

A single-purpose page built to convert that one patient. No nav to wander into, no eleven services to compare, no about page. One decision.

    • 03

      The Traffic

Paid search and paid social aimed at your territory, plus a Google Business Profile rebuilt to win the map pack for the searches that carry real case value.

    • 04

      The Recovery

AI follow-up answers in seconds, day or night, and keeps working the lead until it books or dies. Missed calls get texted back automatically. This is where most practices leak the most money.

    • 05

      The Scoreboard

A shared scorecard we both watch. Paying patients are reconciled on it every week against the written target of fifteen, so nobody is arguing about the count at day 90.

    How it works

    Three moves. Ninety days.

No retainer fog. Every phase has a date and an output you can see.
    • 01

      Diagnose

We baseline what your practice gets today — tracked calls, appointment requests, and how you show up in local search. No guessing, no vanity metrics.

      Days 1–14

    • 02

      Install

Your funnel, Google Business Profile rebuild, ads, and AI follow-up all go live at once. One system, one team, one switch flipped.

      Day 14

    • 03

      Deliver

Paying patients are reconciled every week on a shared scorecard we both watch, measured against the written target of fifteen.

      Days 14–90

    What you get

Everything below is built, run, and maintained by us.

    • High-value service line offer and messaging
    • Dedicated conversion funnel page
    • Google Business Profile rebuild and management
    • Google Ads campaign build and management
    • Meta Ads campaign build and management
    • Call tracking and form tracking
    • AI follow-up assistant, 24/7
    • Missed-call text-back
    • Appointment booking automation
    • Reactivation campaigns to your existing patient list
    • Review generation and response
    • Shared weekly scorecard of paying patients
    • Direct line to the founder, not a ticket queue

You keep everything we build, and you receive a full data export at the end — the handover terms are set out in the agreement.

You fund your own ad budget, paid directly to the platforms. I never mark it up or touch it.

Before you decide, work out what a case actually costs you to acquire, and check that your phone gets answered.

This is built for you if:

    • You're independent, private, or family-owned — you own the decision
    • One case or patient episode is worth thousands, not hundreds
    • Your work is elective or semi-elective — patients choose you
    • You can start fifteen new cases in the next ninety days without breaking
    • You can fund the media budget stated in the agreement
    • Your average case is a high-value case
    • You want a number in a contract, not a monthly report

This is not for you if:

    • You're DSO-owned, PE-backed, corporate, or hospital-owned
    • You're a chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care, or general family practice
    • You can't or won't fund the media budget stated in the agreement
    • Your average case is not a high-value case
    • You want the cheapest option on the market
    • You need to run every decision past a committee
    • You're not prepared to answer the phone when it rings

Typical qualifiers include implant dentistry, orthodontics, and interventional pain practices. If your average case is a high-value case, apply and I will tell you whether I can deliver for your practice.

If the ad spend is the only thing stopping you, I run a separate 60-day program, the Dormant Chair Recovery, that works from your existing patient list with no ad spend at all.

I turn away more practices than I take. That's what makes the guarantee possible.

    The guarantee

    The Empty Chair Guarantee

Fifteen paying patients in 90 days. If I don't deliver fifteen, you get a full refund of the full fee and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen. That is a refund and continued work, not one or the other.

If I miss, you do not pay for the miss. Your ad spend is yours either way, and I would rather say that here than have you find it in the agreement. I turn down practices I don't think I can deliver for.

What counts as a paying patient

A paying patient. Not a lead, not a booked appointment, not a consultation. Someone who is new to your practice or hasn't been seen in more than eighteen months, who came through the engine and is tracked and attributed to it, who attended a consultation and accepted treatment on a service named in our agreement, and who has made a payment or signed a financing agreement. That definition goes in the agreement close to word for word, because it is the sentence everything else rests on.

    What has to be true

    • You hold the agreed media budget for the full 90 days, paid directly to the platforms
    • You return contacts generated during business hours within one business day
    • You keep an agreed number of schedule slots open each week for the target service
    • I get access to your practice management system, ad accounts and Google Business Profile

If any of these slips, I tell you in writing and you have ten business days to fix it before the guarantee is affected. Counts are reconciled every week on the scorecard, so nobody is arguing about them at day 90.

Refunds are capped at the fees you paid me. Media spend is never refunded. The guarantee is void if the practice is sold, acquired, or joins a group during the term.

    Founding practices

Three seats, and they close October 31, 2026.

I'm not hiding why this is cheap. I have built and verified every piece of this in production, and I do not yet have a named healthcare case study. Three practices get this at a rate that will never exist again, and in exchange I use your name and your numbers. After those three, the price goes to what it's worth.

    Founding engagement

The fixed fee and payment schedule are written into the agreement before the build starts. The same guarantee applies: fifteen paying patients in 90 days, or the full fee is refunded and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen. On the two-part payment option, the second payment is never owed if fifteen is missed, and the first payment is not refunded because it covers the build.

    The seat also includes

    • A twelve-month continuation option after the initial 90 days, documented separately before renewal.
    • Your case study produced and handed to you, to use in your own marketing and recruiting.
    • Twelve months of Google Business Profile and local search management after the 90 days, at no additional cost.
    • Direct access to me. No account manager, now or ever.

    Who you'll actually work with

    One founder. Every account.

Dustin Hobbs founded Louisville Web Lab in 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky. He builds and runs every engine personally — the strategy call, the offer, the campaigns, the scorecard review. There is no account manager, no junior team, and no handoff after you sign. When something needs fixing, you text the person who built it.

LAB stands for Lindsay, Alayna, and Bentley — his wife, daughter, and son. The company carries their names on purpose.

    The free front door

Before you pay me anything, let me prove your phone is leaking.

For two weeks I run after-hours response on your real inquiries. No fee, no contract, nothing for your staff to learn or install.

At the end you get a log of who reached out and what got booked. If it puts nobody on your schedule, we stop and you owe nothing.

    Proof

    Results we can show you

    Family-owned, founder-led, founded 2025 in Louisville, KY.

    Our commitment

Your results will be the case study.

We're a young company by design — founded 2025, deliberately small. Every practice we take on gets a written 90-day target, and every result we publish here will be real, named, and verified. That's the standard we'd want if we were hiring us.

    Questions

    Straight answers

A paying patient. Not a lead, not a booked appointment, not a consultation. Someone who is new to your practice or hasn't been seen in more than eighteen months, who came through the engine and is tracked and attributed to it, who attended a consultation and accepted treatment on a service named in our agreement, and who has made a payment or signed a financing agreement. That definition goes in the agreement close to word for word, because it is the sentence everything else rests on.

Fund the agreed media budget, paid directly to the ad platforms. Return contacts generated during business hours within one business day, or let the AI assistant answer them for you. Keep an agreed number of schedule slots open each week for the target service. Keep the tracking installed, and run the offer we agree on.

The engagement uses a fixed fee for ninety days. Separately, you fund the advertising spend, paid directly to the ad platforms and never marked up. Whether the investment works depends on your case value, margin, and close rate, which is why I ask about those numbers before anything else.

Then this program is not for you. It does not work below that floor, and saying otherwise would be selling you a guarantee I could not keep. I do run a separate 60-day program, the Dormant Chair Recovery, that works from your existing patient list with no ad spend at all.

No. We are family-owned, founder-led, and based in Louisville. I run every account myself, which is why the roster stays small on purpose.

This program is only for independent, private, and family-owned practices. If you are DSO-owned, private-equity backed, or hospital-owned, we are not the right fit. We also do not work with chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care, or general family practices.

The engine goes live around day 25. Before that, the reactivation campaign to your dormant list goes out around day 20, and the first bookings usually land there — before a dollar of ad spend. Anyone promising you started cases in week one is selling you something.

The initial term runs 90 days — long enough for the guarantee to mean anything. After that it's month to month. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the last one.

Yes, selectively. Capacity is the constraint, not geography. Apply and we'll tell you what's open.

    Last thing

Fifteen paying patients in 90 days. Miss it and you get the full fee back, and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen.
