Why it matters
It's not a study. It's a clock.
168
hours in a week
45
attended by an eight-to-five practice
123
when an inquiry waits for somebody
A patient asking about a twenty-thousand-dollar case is rarely asking one practice. The one that reaches them first isn't competing on quality of care. It's competing on being there.
What happens
- Day 0.
You sign a one-page permission. It says what I'll send, when, and that no real patient data is used. Either of us can stop at any time.
- Days 1 to 14.
Eight test inquiries. Calls in hours and after hours, website forms, and whatever other channels you run. I never book a real slot, and nothing is recorded.
- Day 14.
Your result on one page. Every inquiry, how long it waited for a person, and how many never got one. Then a 15-minute call to walk through it.
What you get, and what you don't
- No sales deck. If the gap is short, the result says your constraint is demand and advertising will work. I'll say that on the call.
- The result is yours. I won't publish it or name your practice without your separate written permission.
- It's free, and nothing is sold as part of it.
Not for DSO, private-equity or hospital-owned practices; chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care or general family practice; or any service line where one case is under $5,000. Not because the work is lesser. The value of a single patient there is too low for the math that follows to work.
