For independent, family-owned implant practices only
Dental implant marketing with a number in the agreement: fifteen paying implant patients in 90 days.
My fee is $7,500, fixed. You fund $300 a day in ad spend, about $9,000 a month, paid straight to the platforms and never marked up. Miss fifteen and you get the entire $7,500 back and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen.
One implant practice per territory. I have no healthcare case study to show you yet, so I take the risk instead.
- 15 paying implant patients in 90 days
- $7,500, fixed
- Refund + free work if missed
- One practice per territory
The real problem
You can place the implants. The consults are the bottleneck.
- 01
The chair time is there. The implant cases are not.
You have the training, the scanner, and the surgical days blocked. What you do not have is a predictable number of consults for the one procedure that pays for all of it.
- 02
Hygiene and single crowns fill the schedule first
Lower-value work books itself, so it takes the slots. The implant consult is the appointment that has to be created on purpose, and almost nothing in your practice is built to create it.
- 03
The patient shops for weeks and calls at night
Someone weighing an implant against a bridge fills out a form at 9pm. If nobody answers until Tuesday, they are already sitting in another office.
- 04
You are buying general dentistry traffic
Most dental marketing is aimed at "new patients." That brings cleanings. It does not bring the person who has already decided to replace a missing tooth.
The arithmetic
Put in your own implant case value.
Whatever a started implant case is worth in your practice, not your average patient.
Fifteen is the number I guarantee. Thirty and forty-five are there so a larger practice can model up.
Gross production at 15 implant patients
$0
- My fee, fixed
- −$7,500
- Media you pay the platforms
- −$27,000
- All-in cost
- $34,500
Net: $-34,500
Media is paid directly to the platforms at $300 a day. It never passes through me and I never mark it up. If the math does not work at your case value, I will say so on the call instead of selling you anyway.
This is your arithmetic, not a projection and not a guarantee. The only number I guarantee is fifteen paying patients in 90 days.
What gets installed
The same engine as the Empty Chair Offer, pointed at implants.
- 01
The offer
One procedure. The campaign speaks to implants only — a missing tooth, a failing tooth, a partial the patient is done wearing. Nothing about cleanings, whitening, or family dentistry.
- 02
The funnel
A single page built for the implant consult. No nav, no eleven services to compare, no about page. One decision to make.
- 03
The traffic
Paid search and paid social aimed at your territory, plus a Google Business Profile rebuilt for the implant searches in your city.
- 04
The recovery
AI follow-up answers in seconds, day or night, and keeps working the contact until it books or dies. Missed calls get texted back automatically.
- 05
The scoreboard
A shared scorecard we both watch. Paying implant patients are reconciled on it every week against the written target of fifteen.
- Implant offer and messaging built for one procedure
- Dedicated implant consult funnel page
- Google Business Profile rebuild and management
- Google Ads campaign build and management
- Meta Ads campaign build and management
- Call tracking and form tracking
- AI follow-up assistant, 24/7
- Missed-call text-back
- Consult booking automation
- Reactivation campaigns to your existing patient list, including diagnosed and unscheduled treatment
- Review generation and response
- Shared weekly scorecard of paying implant patients
- Direct line to the founder, not a ticket queue
You fund your own ad budget, paid directly to the platforms. $300 a day, about $9,000 a month. I never mark it up or touch it.
The guarantee
The Empty Chair Guarantee
Fifteen paying patients in 90 days. If I don't deliver fifteen, you get a full refund of the $7,500 and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen. That is a refund and continued work, not one or the other. You cannot end this engagement worse off than you started it.
I can only write that because I take one practice per specialty per territory, and because I turn down practices I don't think I can deliver for.
What counts as a paying patient
A paying patient. Not a lead, not a booked appointment, not a consultation. Someone who is new to your practice or hasn't been seen in more than eighteen months, who came through the engine and is tracked and attributed to it, who attended a consultation and accepted treatment on a service named in our agreement, and who has made a payment or signed a financing agreement. That definition goes in the agreement close to word for word, because it is the sentence everything else rests on.
What has to be true
- You hold $300 a day in ad spend for the full 90 days, paid directly to the platforms
- You return contacts generated during business hours within one business day
- You keep an agreed number of schedule slots open each week for implant consults
- I get access to your practice management system, ad accounts and Google Business Profile
If any of these slips, I tell you in writing and you have ten business days to fix it before the guarantee is affected. Counts are reconciled every week on the scorecard, so nobody is arguing about them at day 90.
Refunds are capped at the fees you paid me. Media spend is never refunded. The guarantee is void if the practice is sold, acquired, or joins a group during the term.
This is built for you if:
- You're independent, private, or family-owned — you own the decision
- You place or restore implants yourself, or you have a surgeon you work with every week
- Your average implant case is worth more than $5,000
- You can start fifteen new cases in the next ninety days without breaking
- You can fund $300 a day in ad spend, about $9,000 a month
- You keep surgical or consult slots open each week
- You want a number in a contract, not a monthly report
This is not for you if:
- You're DSO-owned, PE-backed, corporate, or hospital-owned
- You can't or won't fund $300 a day in media
- Your average implant case is worth less than $5,000
- You refer every implant out and never see the case again
- You want the cheapest option on the market
- You're not prepared to answer the phone when it rings
I also do not work with DSO-owned, private-equity backed, corporate or hospital-owned practices, or with chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care and general family practice.
