For independent, family-owned LASIK and refractive surgery practices only
LASIK marketing with a number in the agreement: fifteen paying LASIK patients in 90 days.
My fee is fixed. You fund the advertising spend, paid directly to the ad platforms and never marked up. Miss fifteen and you get the entire fee back and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen.
I have no healthcare case study to show you yet, so I take the risk instead.
- 15 paying LASIK patients in 90 days
- Fixed fee and fixed term
- Refund + free work if missed
- Founder on every account
The real problem
The laser is ready. The consults are the bottleneck.
- 01
The laser is booked. The consults are not.
You have the technology and the surgical days blocked. What you do not have is a predictable number of consults for a procedure that is entirely elective.
- 02
This is the longest sales cycle in eye care
A LASIK candidate researches for months before booking a consult. They compare price, watch reviews, ask their optometrist, and check financing. Most practices work that contact for two weeks and let it go cold.
- 03
The price question decides who books
LASIK is out of pocket. If cost and financing are not answered clearly and early, the candidate keeps shopping instead of scheduling.
- 04
General eye-care marketing does not bring LASIK candidates
Most vision marketing is aimed at routine exams and glasses. That brings refraction patients. It does not bring someone who has already decided to fix their vision surgically.
The agreement
The number is still fifteen paying patients.
Your written agreement states the fixed fee and any media budget. Media is paid directly to the platforms, never through me, and is never marked up.
What gets installed
The same engine as the Empty Chair Offer, pointed at LASIK.
- 01
The offer
One procedure. The campaign speaks to LASIK and refractive surgery only — not routine eye exams, not glasses, not contacts.
- 02
The funnel
A single page built for the LASIK consult, with cost and financing answered up front instead of left for the phone call.
- 03
The traffic
Paid search and paid social aimed at your territory, plus a Google Business Profile rebuilt for the LASIK and refractive-surgery searches in your city.
- 04
The recovery
AI follow-up answers in seconds, day or night, and keeps working a long-consideration contact for months until it books or dies. Missed calls get texted back automatically.
- 05
The scoreboard
A shared scorecard we both watch. Paying LASIK patients are reconciled on it every week against the written target of fifteen.
- LASIK offer and messaging built for one procedure
- Dedicated LASIK consult funnel page with cost and financing addressed up front
- Google Business Profile rebuild and management
- Google Ads campaign build and management
- Meta Ads campaign build and management
- Call tracking and form tracking
- AI follow-up assistant, 24/7
- Missed-call text-back
- Consult booking automation
- Reactivation campaigns to your existing patient list, including candidates who inquired and never scheduled
- Review generation and response
- Shared weekly scorecard of paying LASIK patients
- Direct line to the founder, not a ticket queue
You fund your own ad budget, paid directly to the platforms. I never mark it up or touch it.
The guarantee
The Empty Chair Guarantee
Fifteen paying patients in 90 days. If I don't deliver fifteen, you get a full refund of the full fee and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen. That is a refund and continued work, not one or the other.
If I miss, you do not pay for the miss. Your ad spend is yours either way, and I would rather say that here than have you find it in the agreement. I turn down practices I don't think I can deliver for.
What counts as a paying patient
A paying patient. Not a lead, not a booked consultation, not a form fill. Someone who is new to your practice or hasn't been seen in more than eighteen months, who came through the engine and is tracked and attributed to it, who attended a consultation and accepted treatment on a service named in our agreement, and who has made a payment or signed a financing agreement. That definition goes in the agreement close to word for word, because it is the sentence everything else rests on.
What has to be true
- You hold the agreed media budget for the full 90 days, paid directly to the platforms
- You return contacts generated during business hours within one business day
- You keep an agreed number of consult slots open each week for LASIK
- I get access to your practice management system, ad accounts and Google Business Profile
If any of these slips, I tell you in writing and you have ten business days to fix it before the guarantee is affected. Counts are reconciled every week on the scorecard, so nobody is arguing about them at day 90.
Refunds are capped at the fees you paid me. Media spend is never refunded. The guarantee is void if the practice is sold, acquired, or joins a group during the term.
This is built for you if:
- You're independent, private, or family-owned — you own the decision
- You perform LASIK or refractive surgery yourself, or with a surgeon you work with every week
- Your average LASIK case is a high-value case
- You can start fifteen new cases in the next ninety days without breaking
- You can fund the media budget stated in the agreement
- You offer financing and someone in the office can present it
- You want a number in a contract, not a monthly report
This is not for you if:
- You're DSO-owned, PE-backed, corporate, or hospital-owned
- You can't or won't fund the media budget stated in the agreement
- Your average LASIK case is not a high-value case
- You want the cheapest option on the market
- You're not prepared to answer the phone when it rings
I also do not work with DSO-owned, private-equity backed, corporate or hospital-owned practices, or with chiropractic, urgent care, emergency, primary care and general family practice.
